Bio

Since 1998, Dr. Elizabeth Douglass has been dedicated to the patients of Central Texas, specializing in infectious disease and internal medicine. She completed her undergraduate from the University of Texas at Austin and attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She completed her residency and chief residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She stayed there for her fellowship in infectious diseases.

Dr. Douglass enjoys teaching the residents on the Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases service. She enjoys general infectious diseases and has a special interest in HIV and Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial therapy for patients with complex infections.

She enjoys traveling with her family, cooking and gardening.
