Bio

Dr. Fox is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American College of Mohs Surgery. An Austin native, he attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, followed by an internship in internal medicine through the University of Texas Medical Branch at University Medical Center Brackenridge in Austin.

Upon completion of his residency in dermatology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he was chief resident, Dr. Fox received advanced fellowship training in cutaneous surgery and oncology at the University of Michigan. During his training and while on the clinical faculty at the University of Michigan, Dr. Fox was recognized with several awards for excellence in patient care and published peer-reviewed articles in renowned dermatologic journals.

His special interests involve dermatologic surgery, including Mohs micrographic surgery and skin cancer reconstruction, as well as the management of melanoma and rare skin cancers.
