Abstract

Constant light-emitting beads were used to assess bioluminescent source reconstruction using Living Image® 3D Analysis (Xenogen, Alameda, CA). The effects of source depth and tissue heterogeneity on reconstruction accuracy and multiple source discrimination were investigated.
