Abstract

A 66-year-old male with essential hypertension and a history of bilateral hernia surgery, was self-referred to our institution regarding persistent shortness of breath status post-redo pulmonary vein isolation performed at another institution. At admission he denied any chest discomfort, palpitations, presyncope, or syncope.
